Since 1 January 2007, what progress has been made in respect of political benchmarks agreed upon between the US Government and the Iraqi Government, in particular: (a) oil revenue sharing; (b) reversing de-baathification; (c) new election laws; (d) scheduled provincial elections; (e) disbanding militias; (f) a plan for national reconciliation; (g) amending the constitution to address Sunni concerns; and (h) facilitating increased participation in government?
